Some of our legal information tools were created for community workers serving vulnerable or marginalized groups, or people facing serious hardship:
- Sexual Violence
- People dealing with homelessness
- Indigenous Communities
- Young people and the criminal justice system (French only)
- Women and the criminal justice system (French only)
French Only: These resources help community workers better understand the legal issues related to sexual assault.
Éducaloi has also published a series of articles on the different legal aspects of sexual assault.
People Dealing with Homelessness
This series of guides gives community workers tools to accompany people dealing with different situations of homelessness. It covers every-day issues like how to deposit a cheque or open a bank account. It also contains information on topics like the public health care system and how criminal records work.
These legal tools were created for Indigenous people in Quebec with attention to the different laws that apply to them. They cover subjects like wills and estates, the criminal legal process and legal careers.
