The new Tobacco Act has been in force for almost three months, but many people still don’t know some of its rules.

4. An adult who gives a cigarette to a minor can be fined:
a) $100.
b) $250.
c) $500.
d) There is no fine, unless you are on school grounds or if an adult is a merchant who sells cigarettes (or the merchant’s employee).
