The role of the Federal Court of Appeal is to evaluate the validity of certain decisions made by the Federal Court. It also has jurisdiction to deal with claims contesting decisions made by federal organisations, such as the Canadian Radio and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC), the National Energy Board, and the Competition Tribunal.
A more detailed description of the Federal Court of Appeal will be offered at a later date. Éducaloi is presently looking for new financial partners to help complete Côtécour.
